Every jar begins with pure A2 milk from our free-grazing Gir cows, who are lovingly cared for and never exploited.
Our cows are fed organic fodder, herbs, and fruits, and every calf — male or female — drinks first before any milk is collected. What remains is churned by hand into curd, then butter, and finally slow-cooked on a gentle cow-dung flame in copper or steel handis, preserving every drop of aroma, nutrition, and divinity.
